Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
 

We do not offer returns as we are a small business and can not bear these costs. However, we do offer exchange. The customer is responsible for postage costs
regarding any exchange.


Exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 10 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact orders@qoui.in if you wish to exchange a product.


All items are inspected thoroughly before a return /exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 10 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support@qoui.in for assistance.


We cannot exchange your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect or in the wrong color/size. If your item is faulty or incorrect or in the wrong color/size, you will have to let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give an exchange after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases.
