FAQs

1. Can I return or exchange a garment? 
 

⁃ At this moment we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will exchange the size for you or for another item within 7 days of the delivery. Please ensure that the garment if returned is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the returned package, Team QOUI will review the reason for exchange and based on the jurisdiction we will process the exchange.


⁃ Send us an email within 7 business days of receiving the package orders@qoui.in If the number of the days exceed then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.


⁃ The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with a return order number.


⁃ Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick up agent will come to collect the package. Please note if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the exchange and the package will be sent back.

2. What if that garment received is faulty/damaged?


⁃ Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us at orders@qoui.in 


⁃ Please mention the order number in the subject line. In the email please mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

3. What if the garment I purchased is out of stock? 


⁃ If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement.

4. What are your timelines for delivery? 


⁃ Your order will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

5. How much will shipping cost? 


⁃ The shipping cost is Rs. 149 and we provide free shipping for orders above Rs. 6200

6. How do I know my size? 


⁃ You can refer to the size guide that is provided on our website and for any further assistance you can connect with us through customer service on orders@qoui.in

7. How I cancel my order?

 
⁃ If you wish to cancel an order, you can email us regarding the same via email on orders@qoui.in or contact our customer service number provided in the website, within 24 hours of placing the order.

8. Do you offer Cash on delivery? 


⁃ Yes we do offer cash on delivery.
